Step directly onto beautiful Sandy Ground Beach from this new 1,684-square-foot ground-floor residence. Just a few steps from your private wood deck, your feet will be in the sand — and because you're on the calm Caribbean side of the island, the water is typically tranquil year-round.

Inside, you'll find a gourmet kitchen, a walk-in shower with handheld and rain shower heads, and a Sonos in-ceiling sound system throughout. Outside, relax across two terraces plus an oversized wood deck, all just steps from the beach gate. The location is ideal for exploring on foot, with ten restaurants within walking distance. Additional one can easily walk to a couple shops, an art gallery, a scuba diving center as well as the small pier where you will find the boat shuttles to Sandy Island and Prickly Pear. Most of the island's boating excursions, such as Traditional Sailing Anguilla, also depart from the small pier down the beach.

Beach Amenities

Two beach chairs with a small table and umbrella are put out each morning & removed late afternoon during your stay by our staff. Floats and noodles are available for your swimming pleasure.

Two kayaks are available for guest use. Our staff will provide you with two life jackets and two waterproof phone cases. Please be advised that you must sign a waiver to use the kayaks. Our staff cannot come and collect you at sea in case you venture far from the shore/beach. Kayaks are on a first come, first serve basis.

Water to the unit is supplied by rainwater collected in our large cistern. To further ensure you are supplied the best tasting and safest water possible, the building has an advanced NUVO H20 Pro 5000 water filtration system.
